The aim of education is the all round development of a personality. One cannot afford to neglect the physical aspect of the students. The sports day gives them opportunity to learn how to be competitive. Every year sports is celebrated with a spectacular display of march past, mass drill, yogasana, pyramid etc.
SPORTS DAY CELEBRATION

The dignitaries present on the occasion included Shri Jaisankar Menon, (senior manager-Indian Bank,Asian All star Basket player, Former Indian team captain) and Shri B.Rajan Babu, (Director, Kiran Global Logistics, Director, MS Jain Group Governing Body Member St.Britto's College). The event formally commenced with a synchronize march past by all the six prestigious houses of the school followed by School band. Watching the students march ahead in perfect synchronization was a treat to the eye. After this, the Sports Head Boy of the school, administered the oath to all the participants, thus instilling a feeling of camaraderie among all. This was followed by the lighting of the ceremonial torch by School Sports Head Boy and declaration of the meet open by the esteemed Chief Guest Shri Jaisankar Menon. He appreciated sports events organized by the school and emphasized the importance of sports activities needed by the students .The students showcased their multifaceted talents. Parents were seen reaching the school in large numbers to encourage their own wards as well as to participate in the games to their level. After completion of the athletic events, proud winners were honoured by the chief guest with medals and trophies. The little sports stars with shining bright faces flaunted their trophies and gained appreciation and thunderous applause from one and all. The event formally ended with the declaration of the meet closed by the honourable chief guest Shri B. Rajan Babu. His encouraging speech enticed everyone and motivated many more students not to give up but to persevere for more glory in future.
